Rule 3745-18-28 | Erie county emission limits.

 

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Erie county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(F) The "Carmeuse Lime Inc. - Huron Plant" (OEPA premise number 0322010062) or any subsequent owner or operator of the Carmeuse Lime Inc - Huron Plant, 100 Meeker street, Huron, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from lime kiln numbers 1, 2, 3 (OEPA source numbers P901 to P903) to exceed a maximum of 4.0 pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of product.
