Rule 3745-18-35 | Greene county emission limits.

 

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Greene county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.4 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(I) The "Fairborn Cement Company LLC" (OEPA premise number 0829700165) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Fairborn Cement Company LLC, 3250 Linebaugh Rd, Xenia, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from the quarry plant kiln (OEPA source number P003) to exceed a maximum of 9.0 pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of product.
