Rule 3745-18-66 | Muskingum county emission limits.

 

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Muskingum county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 4.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(E) The "Owens Brockway Glass Containers - Plant #12" (OEPA premise number 0660010007) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Owens Brockway Glass Containers - Plant #12, 1700 State Street, Zanesville, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from the following sources to exceed the amounts indicated:

(1) Furnace A (OEPA source number P001); a maximum of 3.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of glass produced.

(2) Furnace B (OEPA source number P002); a maximum of 13.0 pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of glass produced.
