Rule 3745-501-02 | Licensing - definitions.
If a term used in this chapter is defined in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code, the definition in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code is applicable to this chapter unless the term is defined in this rule. As used in this chapter:

(C) [Reserved.]
(D) [Reserved.]
(E) [Reserved.]
(F) "Facility" means any of the following:
(1) A solid waste facility.
(2) An infectious waste treatment facility.
(3) A construction and demolition debris facility.
(4) A construction and demolition debris processing facility, including a co-located processing facility.
