Rule 3745-89-07 | Laboratory certificate property of state; display.
(A) A laboratory certificate issued under this chapter is only valid in the laboratory for which the certificate was issued. The certificate shall be displayed at all times in a prominent location in the laboratory for which the certification was issued.
(B) When an analyst leaves a laboratory, the agency's laboratory certification section shall be notified and the analyst's certificate shall be destroyed.
