Rule 3769-15-16 | Horses ineligible to be entered.
(A) An owner or trainer shall not enter or start a horse that has not been qualified or is on the judges list, is wearing a trachea-tube or has a hole in its throat for a trachea-tube, has been nerved as described in rule 3769-18-04 of the Administrative Code, or has impaired eyesight in both eyes.
(B) Two-year-old horse cannot race unless there has been a minimum of two clear days between starts.
