If there is a valid claim for a horse, during the post parade of its race the judges will have a public announcement made and information stating there has been a claim made on that horse will be scrolled on the simulcast video. The successful claimant will be announced after the completion of the race. Other than this public announcement, no official or other employee of a permit holder shall give any information as to the filing of claims until after the race has been run.
