Rule 3769-16-18 | Affidavit by claimant.
The judges shall require any person making a claim for a horse to make affidavit that they are claiming the horse for their own account or as an authorized agent and not for any other undisclosed person. Any person making a false affidavit may be subject to penalty by the judges and/or the commission.
