Rule 3769-5-02 | Clerk of course.
The racing secretary or their deputy shall be the clerk of the course. The clerk of the course shall discharge all duties expressed or implied by the rules of racing, report to the stewards all violations of said rules or of the regulations of the meeting, and keep a complete record of all races.
