Rule 3769-5-05 | Information on undesirables.
The racing secretary shall, in the interest of racing, keep themself thoroughly informed concerning such forfeits or arrearages as may be authoritatively listed or reported for recognized meetings, using such lists as means of eliminating undesirable people from racing. Other officials shall have access to such information.
