Rule 3769-5-23 | Proof of ownership.
The stewards may call upon any person making entry to prove the extent of their interest in the horse or its winnings, or to give proof that the horse entered is not the property, wholly or in part, of any person who is disqualified. If unsatisfied with the proof tendered, the stewards may declare the horse out of the race.
