Rule 3769-7-27 | Intoxicants prohibited.

 

Jockeys shall not use intoxicants or drugs of any type during the racing day and shall be disciplined if they fail to report sober and in fit condition to fulfill their engagements. Jockeys may be granted permission by the stewards to use drugs prescribed by a physician.
