Rule 4121-3-12 | Suspension of the processing of claims.
When the bureau or the commission orders an injured worker or claimant to submit to medical examination and the injured worker or claimant refuses to be examined, or in any way obstructs the examination, the injured worker's or claimant's claim for compensation and benefits shall be suspended during the period of their refusal or obstruction.
