Rule 4301:1-1-67 | Sales reports of A-1 permit holders.
Not more than twenty percent of total sales of A-1 or B-1 permit holders may be made to non-permit holders for home use during the immediate previous three months. The liquor control commission may suspend or revoke such permit for a violation of this rule. Each holder of an A-1 or B-1 permit shall maintain such records as necessary for a period of one year for inspection upon demand by the division of liquor control to verify compliance with this rule.
