Rule 4501-39-01 | Purpose.
This chapter is adopted pursuant to section 4513.11 of the Revised Code which:
(A) Requires the director of public safety to adopt rules establishing standards and specifications for the position of mounting of alternate reflective material on animal-drawn vehicles, and
(B) Requires the director of public safety to adopt standards for lamps and reflectors on animal-drawn vehicles.
