Rule 4501:1-6-11 | Deputy registrar fees.
The deputy registrar service fee that shall be charged for sections referenced in section 4503.038 of the Revised Code, is eight dollars. Deputy registrars shall receive the eight-dollar service fee for in-person transactions at their office, kiosks assigned to their office, and those online transactions that the deputy registrar reviews and processes for the BMV. All other service fees collected by the BMV for the transactions identified in section 4503.038 of the Revised Code, shall be distributed as required in that statute.
