Rule 4715-15-26 | Evidence.
The Ohio rules of evidence may be taken into consideration by the board or its attorney hearing examiner in determining the admissibility of evidence, but shall not be controlling.
The board or attorney hearing examiner may permit the use of electronic or photographic means for the presentation of evidence.
