Rule 4729:3-2-05 | Successful completion of the "Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based Test".

Successful completion of the "Test of English as a Foreign Language, Internet-based test" (TOEFL iBT) shall be the following minimum scores or higher:

(A) Writing: fourteen;

(B) Speaking: twenty;

(C) Listening: seventeen; and

(D) Reading: eighteen.
