Rule 4758-5-07 | Requirements for certification of registered applicants (RA).
(A) To be certified as a registered applicant, an individual shall complete the following:
(1) Complete and submit a registered applicant form and a professional development plan that is acceptable to the board along with the required fee.
(2) Be at least eighteen years of age.
(3) Have at least a high school diploma or high school equivalence diploma.
(B) The registered applicant is a thirteen month certificate.
(C) An individual must wait two years after expiration to reapply to be a registered applicant.
