Rule 4901:1-10-37 | Mercantile customer self-power system.
(A) An EDU cannot disallow mercantile customer self-power systems from providing electric generation service to one or more mercantile customers in the EDU's service territory.
(B) If an EDU receives a request to interconnect a mercantile customer self-power system to the EDU's electric distribution system, the EDU will follow the processes set forth in Chapter 4901:1-22 of the Administrative Code and the EDU's uniform interconnection service tariff approved by the commission.
(C) An EDU may charge a mercantile customer member for distribution, generation, or transmission services used by the mercantile customer member.
