Rule 4901:1-19-15 | Assessment of costs and enforcement.
The commission may, in its discretion, assess the costs of hearing or investigation on a non-consenting applicant or any other party pursuant to section 4903.24 of the Revised Code. On a case-by-case basis, the commission may prescribe such costs, restrictions, or other enforcement measures as it deems necessary for any applicant failing to comply with any of the rules of this chapter.
