Rule 4901:1-21-04 | Records and record retention.
(A) Each competitive retail electric service provider shall establish and maintain records and data sufficient to:
(1) Verify its compliance with the requirements of any applicable commission rules.
(2) Support any investigation of customer complaints.
(B) Unless otherwise prescribed in this chapter, all such records should be retained for no less than two years.
(C) Unless otherwise prescribed by the commission or its authorized representatives, all such records shall be provided to the staff within three business days of its request.
