Rule 4901:1-24-09 | Certification renewal.

 

(A) No less than thirty and no more than ninety calendar days prior to the expiration date indicated on the competitive retail electric service provider's certificate, the provider shall file an application with the commission for certification renewal on forms supplied by the commission.

(B) If any renewal application is filed fewer than thirty calendar days prior to the expiration date indicated on the certificate, but no later than the expiration date on the certificate, then the existing certificate automatically will be extended thirty-one days from the date of the renewal application was accepted by the commission.

(C) The applicant shall, as instructed by the renewal form, update the information supplied with an applicant's initial certification application.
