Rule 4937-1-03 | Public record of utility radiological safety board (URSB) meetings and meetings of subcommittees of the URSB.
(A) The chair of the utility radiological safety board (URSB) shall cause minutes of all meetings of the URSB to be recorded. Minutes shall be available to the public and shall include at least the following information:
(1) Names of members, member designees, and anyone speaking before the URSB;
(2) Date, time, and place of the meeting;
(3) Notation of resolutions passed by the URSB; and
(4) Identification of members making motions before the URSB.
(B) Minutes of each URSB meeting will be prepared and distributed to each member for review prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
(C) The original record of meetings of the URSB will be maintained by the Ohio emergency management agency.
(D) The URSB may establish subcommittees needed to carry out its functions and responsibilities. The URSB may recommend members to each subcommittee. Each URSB subcommittee shall designate a member to prepare notes and present recommendations to the URSB as appropriate.
