Rule 5120-18-01 | Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Certificate for Qualification for Housing.
(A) The "Tenant education, training, and readiness programs that a prisoner may complete to satisfy the criteria described" in division (A) of section 2961.22 of the Revised Code refers to the program the department of rehabilitation and correction establishes by policy.
(B) A certificate of qualification for housing issued under section 2961.25 of the Revised Code will be revoked by the department of rehabilitation and correction if the individual to whom the certificate of qualification for housing was issued is convicted of or pleads guilty to a felony or a misdemeanor offense of violence committed after the issuance of the certificate of qualification for housing.
