Rule 5122-26-11 | Continuity of care agreements.
Each provider designated by a board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services to screen, refer, or admit individuals to a state-operated psychiatric hospital is to have a signed continuity of care agreement describing the roles and responsibilities of the board, hospital, provider, and department.
