Rule 5122-31-05 | Uncertified recovery housing residences.
(A) A residence or other structure that is subject to certification as a recovery housing residence is to apply for and receive certification in accordance with this chapter.
(B) The department may investigate any residence or other structure that has been reported to the department or that the department has reason to believe is in violation of division (A) of section 5119.392 of the Revised Code. In conducting such an investigation, the department is to have full access to all areas of the residence or other structure, as well as to all persons, records, and documents, as necessary and appropriate, to determine if the residence or other structure is a recovery housing residence subject to certification.
