Rule 5501:1-1-05 | Hearing.
If an application for construction or establishment or certificate of commercial operation is denied, or conditional approval is not granted, the determination will be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested informing the applicant of the reason for denial and their right to request a hearing. Any request for a hearing must be filed with the administrator within thirty days of the receipt of written decision and the hearing will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
