Rule 5507-1-12 | Minimum capability.
(A) A 9-1-1 answering point shall have multiple methods of notification to response agencies.
(B) A 9-1-1 answering point shall have a minimum of two 9-1-1 "lines" and two 9-1-1 answering devices in addition to a minimum of one "line" available for outbound dialing only.
(C) If the PSAP is participating in the state of Ohio next generation core services, the PSAP shall have a minimum of two diverse connections to the Ohio ESInet that connect to two different points of presence (PoPs). PSAPs may also utilize a wireless connection that is diverse.
