Rule 901:9-2-04 | Prizes.
(A) All prizes which can be won must be displayed at all times while the game is open to the public for play.
(B) In no case shall:
(1) An item be given as a prize which is not on display:
(2) Any merchandise be displayed which is not one of the prizes possible to be won during the play of the game; and
(3) Any concessionaire or agent buy back any prize for money, cash, check or like payment from a player at a fair.
