Section 5117.22 | Energy oil overcharge fund.

...deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the energy oil overcharge fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall be used by the development services agency for energy conservation and assistance programs approved by the United States department of energy. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
Section 5117.99 | Penalty.

...(A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (B) Whoever violates division (B), (C), or (E) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (C) Whoever violates division (D) of section 5117.11 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
