Presumptions [UCC 1-206]

Whenever Chapter 1301., 1302., 1303., 1304., 1305., 1307., 1308., 1309., 1310., or 1314. of the Revised Code creates a "presumption" with respect to a fact, or provides that a fact is "presumed," the trier of fact must find the existence of the fact unless and until evidence is introduced that supports a finding of its nonexistence.
