Section 3319.2211 | Employment of adult education permit holder.

 

(A) An individual who holds an adult education permit may be employed by any school district and shall not be limited to employment solely by the district that recommended and employed that individual at the time of the initial issuance of the individual's permit.

(B) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 3319.226 of the Revised Code, an individual who holds an adult education permit issued by the state board of education may be assigned as a substitute teacher for any of grades nine through twelve, in the same manner as the holder of a substitute career-technical teaching license issued under section 3319.226 of the Revised Code, to teach courses offered by the individual's employing district.
