Rule 1301:6-3-08 | Registration by description.
(A) A registration by description shall have a period of effectiveness of sixteen months.
(B) Notwithstanding paragraph (A) of this rule and upon good cause shown, the division may grant an extended period of effectiveness for a registration by description that does not exceed twenty-four months and may grant an Issuer a later effective date.
