Rule 1501:31-9-09 | Appalachian Hills walk-in area.
A portion of the contiguous lands within the Appalachian Hills wildlife area in Bristol and Manchester townships in Morgan county, and Brookfield township in Noble county is hereby designated as the Appalachian Hills walk-in area.
(A) The Appalachian Hills walk-in area will continue to be part the Appalachian Hills wildlife area.
(B) The Appalachian Hills walk-in area will be:
(1) Managed to limit access and further development by the division of wildlife so it is predominantly only accessible on foot;
(2) Delineated by signs posted at access points and parking areas.
(C) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code apply to this rule.
