Rule 1501:47-7-04 | Five Rivers metroparks; Eastwood lake.
(A) With the exception of special events approved by the five rivers metroparks, on eastwood metropark lake, on odd dates of the month, it is unlawful for any person to operate a watercraft at a speed greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake. Personal watercraft and sailing vessels are exempted from this idle speed, no wake restriction.
(B) On even dates of the month, all other watercraft, except personal watercraft and sailing vessels, may be operated.
(C) A "wake", as used in this rule, means a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
