Rule 1501:47-7-07 | Board of commissioners of Sandusky county.

 

Upon the waters of the Sandusky river in Sandusky county, north of the city of Fremont, there is hereby established the following special zone relating to operations of watercraft, said zone to be indicated by marker buoys, as specified in section 1547.08 of the Revised Code, such buoys to indicate the nature and extent of the restricted zone:

Buoy #1: (No wake zone) center of channel, section 5, T5N, R16E, on north section line. Said section line located approximately 250 feet north of the Wightman's Grove dancehall.

Buoy #2: (No wake zone) center of channel, section 5, T5N, R16E, south nine-hundred feet from north section line, east three hundred feet from west section line.

Buoy #3: (No wake zone) center of channel, section 6, T5N, R16E, located on a line extending north from the west bank of schoolhouse swale.
