Rule 1501:47-7-08 | On the waters of Clearfork reservoir, Richland county.
On the waters of Clearfork reservoir, no person shall operate or permit the operation of any powercraft at a speed that creates a wake. A "wake" as used in this rule shall be defined as a track left in the water causing waves or swells.
