Rule 1501:47-7-14 | Lake Snowden: Athens county, Ohio.

 

(A) Upon the waters of lake Snowden, it is unlawful for any powercraft to be operated at a speed greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake, unless specifically permitted in writing by the park manager.

(B) A "wake" as used in the rule means a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
