Rule 1501:47-7-13 | City of Cuyahoga Falls.

 

(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate or permit to be operated a motor, or combination of motors, exceeding a horsepower rating in excess of ten horsepower to propel a vessel on the Cuyahoga river between the state route 91 bridge in Munroe falls to the Broad street dam in Cuyahoga Falls.

(B) This rule does not apply to any vessel whose owner is a state or subdivision thereof which is clearly identifiable as such.

(C) Vessels equipped with higher horsepower motors may be present on these waters provided they comply with paragraph (A) of this rule.
