Rule 3339-1-12 | Buildings.
(A) All buildings shall be carefully maintained in as good state of operation as possible from the funds authorized for this purpose.
(B) The use of buildings and other facilities by groups not directly connected with the university shall be authorized only in accordance with policies approved by the president.
