(A) Large quantity generators and small quantity generators. Rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code provide alternative requirements to rules 3745-52-11 and 3745-52-15 of the Administrative Code for the hazardous waste determination and accumulation of hazardous waste in laboratories owned by eligible academic entities that choose to be subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code, provided that such generators complete the notification requirements of rule 3745-52-203 of the Administrative Code.

(B) Very small quantity generators. Rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code provide alternative requirements to rule 3745-52-14 of the Administrative Code for the accumulation of hazardous waste in laboratories owned by eligible academic entities that choose to be subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code, provided that such generators complete the notification requirements of rule 3745-52-203 of the Administrative Code.
