An eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code is not required to have a permit by rule or a hazardous waste management "Part B" permit for the accumulation of unwanted material and hazardous waste in laboratories owned by the eligible academic entity, provided the laboratories comply with rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code and the eligible academic entity has a "Laboratory Management Plan" (LMP) in accordance with rule 3745-52-214 of the Administrative Code that describes how the laboratories owned by the eligible academic entity shall comply with rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code.
