Rule 3769-5-36 | Closing of stake races.
In stake races, when an hour for closing is designated, no nominations and/or declarations will be accepted after that time. If no hour is designated, they may be received until midnight of the day of closing. When nominations or declarations are mailed, the time and date of the postmark will determine their validity. Nominations and declarations may be made by e-mail, fax, regular mail, or telephone. If the entry is by telephone, the entry must be confirmed promptly in writing.
