Rule 3769-5-37 | Late nominations.
In the event of the late delivery, non-delivery, or miscarriage of any nomination or declaration not made personally, the stewards in their discretion may declare the nomination or declaration valid if satisfactory proof is presented within what the stewards consider to be a reasonable time.
