Rule 3769-5-38 | Substitution; stakes.
A nomination in a stakes is a subscription and cannot be withdrawn, but another horse may be substituted before the closing time. A person subscribing to a stakes before the time fixed for naming can transfer one or more of their subscriptions to any person or persons.
