Rule 4101:13-1-13 | Fees for filing and processing of appeals.
(A) An administrative fee of two hundred dollars shall be charged for the filing and processing of all non-expedited appeals on adjudication orders and citations issued pursuant to Chapters 3781., 3791., and sections 3737.41, 3737.42, 4104.02, 4104.06, 4104.43, 4104.44, 4104.45, 4105.011, and 4105.11 of the Revised Code. A party that requests an expedited appeal pursuant to section 3781.21 of the Revised Code is responsible for an administrative fee of five hundred dollars. If an expedited hearing is continued at the request of the same party that requested an expedited appeal, that party will also be responsible for an additional administrative fee of five hundred dollars. No party will be charged more than one thousand dollars in administrative fees per appeal.
(B) The board, at its own discretion, may waive an administrative fee and/or order a refund.
