Rule 4301:1-1-19 | Permits: duties of licensing division.
All investigations, examinations, and inspections to ascertain the eligibility of an applicant for the issuance, transfer, or renewal of a permit, including review of the ownership of the business or the criminal background of any person having a financial or beneficial interest in the business, shall be made by the division.
