All motorized bicycle operation controls and displays shall be in compliance with FMVSS 123 "Motorcycle Controls and Displays", 49 C.F.R. 571.123). (See rule 4501-23-01 of the Administrative Code for the most recent applicable effective date and for prior effective dates of this federal regulation.)
