All required lighting equipment shall be in compliance with FMVSS 108 "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment", 49 C.F. R. 571.108. (See rule 4501-23-01 of the Administrative Code for the most recent applicable effective date and for prior effective dates of this federal regulation.)
